1. Eligibility

​

• This scheme is open to anyone who refers a candidate to our agency, including candidates who refer themselves.

• Referrals must be submitted directly to our agency via email or through our website before the candidate engages with us or the employer. If submitted through the website please state the referrers name in the message box

2. Referral Reward

​

• A one-time payment of £500 will be made for each successful referral.

• The reward may be paid to the referrer or to the referred candidate if they referred themselves.

3. Definition of Success

​

• A referral is considered successful once the referred candidate:

• Is placed in a permanent role through our agency, and

• Successfully completes their probationary period (typically 3–6 months, as defined by the employer).

4. Payment Terms

​

• Payment will be made within 30 days of confirmation that the probationary period has been successfully completed.

• Payments will be made via bank transfer. We may request bank details and proof of identity before issuing payment.

5. General Conditions

​

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

• The referred candidate must not already be registered with our agency or in active discussions with us at the time of referral.

• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time without prior notice.

6. Disputes

​

• In the event of any dispute, our agency’s decision will be final.
